You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Livverse.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.

Owners and tenants who post listings are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of the information they provide. Livverse is a platform — we do not own, lease, sell or rent any property listed on the site.

• No fake listings, broker spam or duplicate posts.
• No harassment, hate speech, illegal content or fraud.
• No scraping, reverse engineering or abuse of the platform.
• No sharing of someone else's personal data without consent.

"Verified" badges indicate that we have reviewed basic information about a listing or profile. Verification is not a guarantee. Always inspect a property in person and use a registered agreement before paying any money.

Livverse does not process rent or deposit payments between users. Any payment, deposit or agreement is strictly between the owner and the tenant. We are not liable for disputes arising from such transactions.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Livverse and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
