Livverse is an online marketplace that connects renters with property owners and existing tenants across India. Browsing, searching and viewing listings is free and does not require an account. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to post a listing.

Listings are created and controlled by users. Livverse does not own, lease, manage, sell or rent any property listed on the site, and is not a party to any rental agreement. Any "Verified" badge means we reviewed basic details — it is not a guarantee of condition, ownership or availability.

Rent, deposit, photos, amenities, availability dates and locality details are supplied by the person posting. We do not independently verify every field. Always inspect a property in person, confirm ownership documents and use a registered rent agreement before paying any money.

• Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide truthful information in your profile and enquiries.
• Verify a property and its owner independently before making any payment.
• Treat other users respectfully in all communications.

• Post only properties you own or are legally authorised to list.
• Keep rent, deposit and availability accurate and up to date; remove listings once rented.
• Upload only your own photos that genuinely represent the property.
• Publish a working contact number and respond to genuine enquiries.
• Comply with all applicable local rental, tenancy, police-verification and tax laws.

• Fake, duplicate or misleading listings, and brokers posing as owners.
• Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, fraud or illegal content.
• Scraping, reverse engineering, automated bulk access or attempts to breach security.
• Publishing another person's personal data or photos without consent.
• Using contact details obtained on Livverse for spam or unrelated marketing.

Owner contact details published in a listing are visible to visitors so renters can reach out directly. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Livverse may link to third-party websites, maps, payment tools or advertisements. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.

Livverse does not process rent, token amounts or deposits between users. Every payment or agreement is strictly between the owner and the tenant, and we are not liable for disputes arising from them.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Livverse and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of money, or losses arising from dealings with other users or reliance on listing information.

We may suspend or terminate accounts and remove listings that violate these terms, with or without notice.

We may revise these terms as the platform evolves. The updated version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date, and continued use of Livverse means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
