Privacy Policy

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, password (stored hashed) and city preference.
• Property / listing information: property type, address and locality, rent, deposit, amenities, availability, house rules and description.
• Contact information: the phone number and email you choose to publish on a listing so interested renters can reach you.
• Photos uploaded by users: images of rooms, flats and buildings uploaded to our storage for display on listing pages.
• Usage data: pages viewed, searches, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP.

You create an account only if you want to post a listing or manage saved properties. Browsing Livverse does not require an account. You can update or delete your account information at any time from your dashboard, or by emailing us at sarthakjagtap0101@gmail.com.

Information you submit in a listing is published publicly on Livverse and may appear in search engines. Do not include information in a listing that you do not want to be public. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of everything you post.

Owner contact numbers are displayed on the property page so renters can call or message directly. This is intentional and is the core of our zero-brokerage model. If you do not want your number shown publicly, please do not publish a listing, or email us to remove it.

Photos you upload are stored in our hosted storage and served publicly on listing pages. By uploading, you confirm you own the images or have permission to use them, and you grant Livverse a licence to display them on the platform. Deleting a listing removes its photos from public view.

• To publish and rank listings, and to match renters with properties and flatmates.
• To let renters and owners contact each other.
• To send service emails such as verification, password resets and listing updates.
• To detect fraud, fake listings and abuse.
• To measure and improve site performance and content.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, remembering your selected city, and analytics. Analytics tools tell us which pages are popular and where errors occur — in aggregate, not to identify you personally. You can block cookies in your browser, but signing in and some features may stop working.

We rely on trusted providers for hosting, database and authentication, email delivery and analytics. We may also display third-party advertising such as Google AdSense, which may use cookies to serve ads based on your interests. You can manage personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings. We never sell your personal information.

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, row-level database access controls and role-based permissions. No system is perfectly secure, but we take protecting your data seriously and investigate every report of a vulnerability.

We keep account and listing data for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterwards where required for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes. Deleted listings are removed from public view immediately.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, ask us to stop displaying your contact details, or opt out of non-essential emails at any time. Email sarthakjagtap0101@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Livverse is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
